Donald J. Siuta has been involved in the arts for over 30 years. He attended Buffalo State College where he majored in Art Education and minored in Art History. He has also studied painting, photography and design. Mr. Siuta is the founder and director of Art Dialogue Gallery and the Western New York Artists Group. As an arts administrator he has served on various committees and boards related to the arts and has juried, judged and curated many exhibitions throughout Western New York. Don lectures extensively and has been an adjunct professor at Canisius College, Buffalo, New York. He has been a member of the City of Buffalo Arts Commission Board of Directors since 1994, where he serves as chair of the City's Art and Monuments Conservation and Restoration Committee. As an artist, Don has had solo exhibitions at the Buffalo Club, the Karpeles Manuscript Library Museum, Canisius College and the Arts Council of Buffalo and Erie County. He is an exhibiting member of the Western New York Artists Group and Buffalo Society of Artists, of which he has served on the organization’s board of directors.
